Meet our Physician Assistants
Amy Fenenga, PA-C
Amy Hodge Fenenga, PA-C grew up in Roanoke, Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise with a minor in Chemistry at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.
During college and prior to her studies as a Physician Assistant, Amy worked as a medical assistant for a Dermatologist in Salem, Virginia. This is when she found a special interest in the ﬁeld of Dermatology.
In 2001, Amy received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She then worked in an emergency room in Virginia Beach for a year before moving to Charlotte, North Carolina and then to Atlanta to practice Dermatology. Amy has practiced general Dermatology and Dermatologic surgery in Atlanta, Georgia for the past 11 years.
Amy is licensed by the Georgia and Florida Composite Board of Medical Examiners and maintains certiﬁcation with the National Commission on Certiﬁcation of Physician Assistants. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Florida Dermatology Physician Assistants organization.
While away from work, Amy's passion is travel. She has been to Europe, Mexico, Central America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. She also enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her husband and little girl.
Lorie Masters, MCMS, PA-C
Lorie Masters, MCMS, PA-C grew up in Naples, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree in Dietetics and Nutrition at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She worked at NCH as a Registered License Dietitian for 6 years in Naples, Florida before returning to graduate school.
In 1999, Lorie received her Master of Clinical Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. She is experienced with dermatology patients of all ethnicities and skin types, and has practiced medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology in North Miami Beach, Florida for the past 18 years.
Lorie is licensed by the Florida Board of Medicine and maintains a certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
While away from work, Lorie enjoys working out, riding her bike, photographing sunsets, wildlife and skiing. She volunteers as a board member of her HOA within her community.
